R.I.P Your Majesty!

Our Blog

Most of us have always known the Queen. She has always been there, for 70 years!

Right to the end, she never wavered in her relentless dedication to duty.

She had a real and passionate love of Scotland too sailing in The Royal Yacht Britannia around the Western Isles near Kintyre.

It is unsurprising, whether we are royalists or not, that many of us mourn for this woman we likely never had the good fortune to meet.

The Queen dedicated her life to her people and was a reassuring presence to many.

Life without her feels strange and unsettling.

It is with a heavy heart and deep regret that we announce the closure of Carradales.

The relentless pressures and challenges of the hospitality industry have finally taken their toll, making it impossible for us to continue.

Of course, it goes without saying that current bookings will be honoured.

We would like to thank all our local, UK and international guests and suppliers for their support.

With all best wishes
