Inclusive Tourism

Inclusive Tourism: Can you cater for people with disabilities or specific needs?

Our ambition is to make holidays in Scotland accessible and enjoyable for all.

We believe that we have developed an awareness and understanding of the inclusive tourism market and are striving to develop our offering so that it can be enjoyed by all customers, whether that be disabled people, their family and friends, the LGBT community, senior travellers or families.

We are striving to make a positive difference in inclusive tourism practices, by emphasising our inclusion ethos, and to demonstrate a commitment to providing quality information and going above what is merely expected in offering excellent customer service.

We welcome your call in order to discuss your specific needs or area of concern to ensure that you have the best holiday ever.

As winners of Scotland’s Federation of Small Business award 2023 for Diversity and Inclusion, we will continue to build on our success to highlight the importance of Diversity and Inclusion.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

We have a ground floor room known as Tarbert.

This room is wheelchair accessible. The large ensuite has a roll top bath and separate walk in shower.

We do not have facilities or equipment suitable for people with more serious disabilities.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if we can be of further assistance.
