Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge to read, watch TV, listen to music or simply gazing at the views of the open countryside and when cold you can snug up and enjoy the roaring fire from the Victorian Fireplace.

What hasn't he done?
He has had a variety of roles including, Police Officer, Holiday Representative, Cabin Crew and Care Home Manager. Maurice knows what it is to deliver a quality experience that demonstrates care and ensuring that everyone is enjoying themselves!

Steve
Steve loves cooking!
Steve was a Freelance Chef and has also been employed as an Executive Chef in some of the largest corporate kitchens in The City of London. He also ran his outside catering business for 3 years which included celebrity clients. Steve gets great pleasure in knowing that his guests are enjoying eating one of his many gastronomic creations.
Dining
A full Scottish, lighter option or vegetarian breakfast and evening meal can be enjoyed from the warmth of the wood burner in the dining room. Meals are created by Steve who is an accomplished and professional Chef.
Steve takes pride in only sourcing the freshest local ingredients whenever possible. Locally sourced ingredients ensure we are serving the freshest Scotch and best tasting food possible and also help support local farmers and preserve the environment by reducing our carbon footprint.

Times of meals will be agreed during your stay and will be staggered to observe social distancing, but also to ensure that everyone has a pleasant dining experience.
Please check that we can accommodate your particular dietary requirement on booking. We try hard but we cannot always accommodate every dietary demand made of us while maintaining the integrity of our food and high standard of service for all our guests and simultaneously protect our own wellbeing. You must let us know in advance and prior to your stay if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Please note that if you fall within the category of Vegan, please you must let us know, well in advance. This is because , being in a semi remote area we are finding it extremely hard to source even a limited selection of products.
Your dining experience, on the first night, should you dine at Carradales, will include a selection of house specials subject to your dietary restrictions.
If you choose to dine thereafter, you will have a choice of 3 starters, main courses and desserts.
A 3-course meal will cost from £55 per head.
